Shipping and Returns
I make all my pieces by hand and stand behind each and every item. If you receive your pottery and are not happy with your purchase please let me know immediately.
I insure each piece that is mailed out. If a piece arrives not as expected please take a picture in its packaging and I will get it worked out ASAP.
In the event that you would like to return or exchange your pottery the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
